All five course taster menus include a welcome drink and canapés, coffee or tea and petit fours.

Current menus are basic to enable you to match your wine with the food.  The full menu will be revealed on the night however, if you have any concerns please email me and I will advise you of the full menu and the vegetarian alternative.

Pork tenderloin with wholegrain mustard mash, black pudding crumb, braised leeks, butternut squash puree, apple gel on brioche and a cider gravy

Poached pear with salted toffee sauce, creme diplomat, apple gel and a puff pastry shard
