All five course taster menus include a welcome drink and canapés, coffee or tea and petit fours.

Current menus are basic to enable you to match your wine with the food.  The full menu will be revealed on the night however, if you have any concerns please email me and I will advise you of the full menu and the vegetarian alternative.

Gressingham confit duck, braised chicory, carrot and cumin puree, pomme puree with truffle oil, duck and black pudding bon bon with a red wine jus

Ham hock terrine with pistachio, pickled shallots and apple, pork crackling and a crispy quail egg

Braised beef with horseradish pomme puree, shallot puree, glazed shallot, green beans, mushrooms, parsnip straws and a red wine jus


Cinnamon and lemon creme brûlée with a hazelnut shortbread
