All five course taster menus include a welcome drink and canapés, coffee or tea and petit fours.

Current menus are basic to enable you to match your wine with the food.  The full menu will be revealed on the night however, if you have any concerns please email me and I will advise you of the full menu and the vegetarian alternative.

Braised beef with horseradish pomme puree, shallot puree, glazed shallot, green beans, mushrooms, parsnip straws and a red wine jus


Cinnamon and lemon creme brûlée with a hazelnut shortbread

Celeriac and pancetta veloute

Arancini in a tomato and butter sauce with garlic aioli and basil

Confit chicken with celeriac puree, sage & onion suet pudding, carrot puree, crispy chicken skin, salted caramel onion and a chicken gravy
