About Our Supper Club

What is a Supper Club people often ask me? I like to describe it as being invited to a friend’s house for dinner but you don’t know all of the guests, nor do you dine with the host. You don’t know the full menu until you arrive, which hopefully adds an element of surprise. The evening will be fun, sociable, relaxed and informal. Here’s what to expect on the night…..

You’ll be welcomed into my home as my dinner guest, where you receive a pre dinner drink and canapés in the reception room or weather permitting, in the garden. Your night will continue with a five course taster menu, chosen by me. My choices will be based upon things I enjoy to cook, what’s in season & what is current. I do where possible source local ingredients, pester my parents for their home-grown products and use the herbs that I have grown in my own garden. The evening will end with coffee or tea and petit fours.

Dinner will be served at one or two large dining tables, depending on numbers. So your evening will be shared with other like-minded foodies as you all dine together.

Thank you so much for a really special evening. The hospitality and food were wonderful.

We really appreciate the incredible hard work that went into making everything simply brilliant.

For many years now I have been obsessed with food.

Creating it, eating it, photographing it, reading about it, reviewing it
and travelling to places just to try it.
